New Review Site Launches October 1!!

Reviewsio.com is a new reviewing site with free products in exchange for reviews. Its beta will launch October 1. I am eagerly waiting the arrival of it, as some of the other sites have gotten a tad bit over crowded as of late. Not that my reviews are slowing down any, products just seem to "sold" out really fast! I am glad that I am a part of such a great community! Anyway, here is a link, check it out and help me earn some points! Thanks so much! xoxoxoxo.

"Favorite Child" Glass Coffee Mug

<a href="http://www.tomoson.com/?code=TOPc7ccb11aa302e9b7b9b853b2b04e331c" rel="nofollow"><img style="display: none" src="http://www.tomoson.com/images/front/pixel.png" /></a>
This 13 ounce glass coffee mug makes the perfect gift for parents, no matter the occasion. Reading "We all know that I'm your favorite child", this mug makes it clear just who the favorite is. Even IF it's taken sarcastically. Although it doesn't look it in the picture on Amazon, this much is actually clear with white lettering. The lettering stands out when black coffee is poured into the mug but not so much when the coffee is cream colored, because the lettering is so light. Another nifty perk of this cup is how amazing cream looks when added to black coffee. The swirls made are utterly beautiful and mesmerizing. Made of heavy duty glass, this mug is both dishwasher and microwave safe. My mother got a kick out of this mug while my sister scoffed at me being the favorite. She uses it daily with no issues.
**I received this mug free in exchange for my unbiased review, but you can get one for yourself from the following Amazon link.**

KUKPO High Quality Stainless Steel Milk Frother

<a href="http://www.tomoson.com/?code=TOP2a12db87803c0b495c0479cbe24608ab" rel="nofollow"><img style="display: none" src="http://www.tomoson.com/images/front/pixel.png"
This milk frother is fantastic. I don't really understand how it does it, but it makes my homemade chai tea with milk so much creamier and sweeter. Nearly as good as coffee shop lattes. It's easy to use design allows anyone to professionally make a foamy goodness with warm milk. It's stainless steel design is easy to clean and dry.  The handle is long enough that it allows for the hands (especially if you are a mess like myself) to stay clean. Unlike a lot of my kitchen gadgets, it's really quiet, almost no noise at all. Perfect for having that cappachino before everyone wakes up. Included in the packaging is a neat little hanger that goes on the wall to ensure that the only difficulty in this product is misplacing it when you are done with it. KUKPO has a fantastic line of neat little gadgets and this one fits right in.

Handpainted Wine Glass

<a href="http://www.tomoson.com/?code=TOPce47a35d90141d7c3a19da9a258dde91" rel="nofollow"><img style="display: none" src="http://www.tomoson.com/images/front/pixel.png" /></a>
I LOVE reviewing. Sometimes, I get the pleasure to review something that just absolutely stun me. This, is one of those times. These hand painted wineglasses are breathtaking. When I ordered them, I thought them pretty. But when they came in, I thought them stunning. My original plan was to review them and then pass them on to my friend, who collects wine glasses. Yep.. she's not getting these. They are MINE. **feeling a bit like Gollum with the ring**
In addition to being pretty, they are HUGE. 11 inches in fact with a 5 inch "cup". That makes for a lot of wine. Perfect to wind down with a good book with. The stem alone is as tall as a CD. I would post a picture but blogger hates me and never lets me post pictures.
Point is, these are great. I cannot gush enough about these wine glasses. These would make the perfect wedding, anniversary, thank you, or birthday gift. Or they would be beautiful to own as well. At $29.99 for 2, they are the perfect price as well.
**I received these wine glasses at a discounted rate in exchange for my unbiased review.

Anaiti Advanced Moisturizing Cream

<a href="http://www.tomoson.com/?code=TOP4dece8f979d8aa96518d041f24e36944" rel="nofollow"><img style="display: none" src="http://www.tomoson.com/images/front/pixel.png" /></a>
I received this Anaiti Advanced Moisturizing Cream free for my unbiased review.
This stuff is amazing. I love the way it doesn't really smell and it isn't greasy and causes breakouts. My fiancé uses it daily. He works outside so he really needed something on his face because his face was crusty and dry. It was gross. Seriously. When I told him I got it for him, it took some major coaxing to get him to try it. But, once he did, he was glad. It's completely gotten rid of the dry, flaking skin. It's lotion like texture makes it easy to apply and spreads easily. It only takes a little bit and it even goes in great in his beard and doesn't clump. I would recommend this for anyone who works outside and has a weather beaten face. It's been fantastic for his face. Another plus is that it doesn't have a heavy aroma. It's not all perfumey or floral so he doesn't mind using it on a daily basis. He just puts it on after he showers and goes to bed.

Custom Body Art Glitter Wheel

recently, I was given the pleasure of reviewing something rather fun. The great folks at TCP Global Corp allowed me to review a Custom Body Art Glitter wheel (link at the bottom of the post). We had a lot of fun doing this review. It was something I could do with my daughter, age 12, and we could even try on my 16 month old son, just for giggles. Lots of fun and laughter involved, it was truly a fantastic bonding moment.
This 16 color wheel comes with 30 stencils, everything from "princess" to a tyrannosaurus rex, 4 application brushes, and 4 bottles of body glitter glue. Easy to apply, you just clean the area, place the stencil on your body, apply the glue, remove the stencil, sprinkle on the glitter, and dust off with the brush. Easy as that. We discovered that if careful, the stencil could be placed back on the paper (it has a sticky back) and reused at a later date. Something we are always on the lookout for money saving.

The downside to this kit: it can be a bit of work for cleanup, so it's probably best kept in the hands of older children/adults. I believe the box says 8 years old and up. That's to be expected though, when working with glitter.
All in all, this was definitely a 5 star product. We had such a blast reviewing this one and my daughter and her friend already have plans on using it on their spoof vblog. I would recommend this to anyone with an artsy and expressive child.

Getting back into the swing of things

Surgery sucks. I've been so preoccupied with it that I let not 1 but 2 items expire before ordering. Epic fails in reviewing. Hopefully, the companies understand and let me go ahead and review. If not, well, that's my fault too. Now that I am feeling better, I am getting back in the swing of things, catching up on reviews, and applying for more things. I've even pitched a few companies. Hopefully, I can fully get back in to the swing of things before too long. Mother things she is going to go through my reviewed stuff and get her some stuff... we shall see...
With the wedding coming up, I have been looking for items that will be useful in the wedding and the reception. So far, I've managed to score a photo booth set and an inflatable cold bar of sorts. Both will be fantastic for the reception.  I've high hopes for some other things so I shall sit back and see how things turn out.

Tuggs Beach Towel Clips

These clips are epic. They are advertised as beach towel clips, but they can be used for so much more! Because they expand to 3x their size, they fit easily around the back of the stroller and the car seat making it easy to keep a blanket over the baby once the cooler temperatures hit. Plus, with the alligator design, they are cute as well as practical. They are also great to use on a bag of chips or any bag you need to seal. They won't rust either as there is no metal on these clips at all, making them waterproof.
In addition to a wonderful product, the customer service is FANTASTIC! Blisswright Products has been such a helpful, great company to review for. If I had a question or a concern, they were right there, ready to assist me in anyway possible.
A 5 star product coupled with excellent customer service makes the Tuggs Towel Clips a great product to have and to use on a daily basis. I received these clips at a discounted rate in exchange for my review and blog, but you can get them at the following Amazon link:

18 days and counting!!

The wedding is coming. FAST. Super fast. I have been busy making final preparations, finishing up little projects and creating BIG stress on myself. But it's going to be worth it. To be married to a man I KNOW loves me and more than likely, will always will. I know that sounds hopeful but sue me, after the last 15 years, I am allowed to have a little romance and hope in my life. I've been lucky. Many of my friends can't find THE ONE. The one who mends a shattered heart. The one who, despite you having a child 10 years his junior, loves you BOTH and treats her like she is his. I'm beyond lucky, I am blessed. Beyond belief. I can't wait. I'm excited, nervous, and scared. It's a huge rush of emotions. Some, I forgot I had. Some I could remember in a distant past. Some, I never knew existed.
Not only am I excited, my daughter is as well. She loves my fiancé just as much as he loves her. They fight, they bicker, and most important, they laugh. At me. A lot. They team up against me constantly. I wish I could complain, but at the end of the day, my daughter, her brother, and he make my world whole. I'm complete. I have what some women search for their entire lives.

Yoga Straps and Laughter

I received a yoga strap (link enclosed at the end of the blog) today, free in exchange for my unbiased review. I didn't know what to expect when I asked to review it, nor did I really know WHAT to do with it. So..... I did what any American who doesn't know something would do: I looked it up. What I learned was actually VERY helpful.
My yoga strap came in yesterday and I couldn't hardly wait to try it out. My daughter, her best friend, and I had some laughter as we stretched into some funny poses and fell over. We laughed and giggled so hard, I don't know if I am sore from the stretching or from laughing so hard. Anyway.
This strap is epic. It's easy to use and durable.  It's seemingly as durable as a moving strap. Not that I've tried that. The best thing about this yoga strap is that anyone can use it. It doesn't judge you if you can't do a pose, if you are too fat, or if you are too old. It's a nonjudgmental strap. Oh and it's pink. My favorite color. It made it so much easier for me to stretch a "little further" and to push myself. Something I had not done in a long time. While I am still in the midst of trying this out, it's something that hopefully, I will get a lot of use out of. Because it will push me. I need that. I needed the laughter that reviewing it provided. I needed that quality time.
