These tongs are fantastic. I love the fact that I can use them on the stove, the grill, and even the smoker. They have withstood the heat, even when I couldn't. Also, they grip amazingly. I don't have to worry about the food dropping and getting ruined or piercing the food, causing all of the trapped juices to escape and dry out. This set comes with 2 sizes, 9 and 12 inch tongs to ensure you are far enough away from the heat and you don't burn yourself. In addition, the metal handles are magnetic which means I can hang them on the side of the smoker and not have to go searching every time I need them. I absolutely love these tongs, they have made a great addition to my kitchen utensils.
